Place has separate kitchens and refrigerators up and downstairs, laundry room with a large new model of smart wash machine, and some rooms has inside washroom, means all shared space are sufficient for everyone.
Electricity, Heat, water, and wifi those utilities are included.
The location is very great as well, 3-5 minutes walking to Whitehorn C-train station, 2 minutes to bus stop, 10 minuets driving to airport, 15 minuets to downtown.
Specially for bus: about 2 minutes away from the bus station has Number 72.73.25, and 5 minutes to bus38 and more. Bus 38 takes 30 minutes to University of Calgary (32 Ave NW @Campus DR) and 35 minutes you will arrive the classroom. Very convenient, price is very cost-effective, much cheaper than around the university area rental!
The house is also close to a lot supermarket and malls: Saveway, superstore, T&T, Canadian tire, Winners, Sunridge mall etc, and lots restaurants, facility around this area.
