Peter’s Weight Loss Story
31 Pounds in 33 Days . . . and . . . 7 FULL Inches - ALL Off My Waist !
At 67 years of age, I suddenly (more or less suddenly) discovered that my weight had gradually increased - and my body was getting “out of control” !
However, the thought of “dieting” was not very appealing, although I knew something had to go.
