On 15th August i came to the office at 3:45pm on centre street 9AVE for my 2 cars insurance quotes.
the receptionist told me to wait for a couple of minutes as it was almost off time there were few staff. it was understanding so i just waited and waited and waited.
at about 4:00pm i asked the receptionist how long it would take to wait if long i planed to go to Wawanesa for quotes.she then asked the staff worked closed to the reception counter.he answered "5 minutes". it sounded ok so i continuted to wait until 4:30 the man came out and told me he couldn't give any service as he was occupied by another client. it is unfair he wasted me so much time and just gave this explanation.if he was busy he should let me know earlier then i would leave.
i couldn't believe what he said as he works in TD ----very famous and big company with fame in Canada. he should keep his promise and take responsibility for that. to my disappointment he treated clients so rudely. i can't imagine if i choose this company what kind of service i will be offered.
